Due to the recent changes in VAT taxes starting January 2021 I can no longer offer shipping to the UK here on this website. However, Etsy takes care of the VAT taxes for me, so you can shop from me there.

Where do you ship from?
I am located and ship from Sacramento CA, USA.
How long do you take to process orders?
Due to the pandemic, I am only shipping out packages once a week. The time it takes to send out your package may vary, but generally has been 3-5 days.
I received the wrong product/size. What do I do?
In the event that I make an error shipping an item to you, I will ship the correct one to you free of charge. **In order to receive the correct one you must send back the wrong item. I will email you a prepaid label to tape to the package to send back. I will not send out the correct item until I get the incorrect item back. Unfortunately, due to individuals not returning items I have had to implement this policy. Thank you for your understanding. **Please note this is a very rare occurrence.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Domestic first class orders (in the USA) can take 3-5 days.
International first class is dependent on the country the item is being shipped too. Typically this is 2-3 weeks or up to 21 days.

What are your Shipping Policies?
Processing time for orders are 3-5 business days.
*Pre-orders will ship once they arrive. If your order contains items that are in stock, & preorders, your order will not ship until the pre-ordered item arrives.
Once an order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. Shopify emails sometimes go to spam, if you do not receive an email and it is not in your spam folder please email me.
Domestic orders 1oz-9oz will ship USPS first class with insurance and tracking. Orders over 9oz will ship USPS Priority with insurance and tracking.
International orders: Orders will ship USPS first class with insurance and tracking.
International customers: please email me at email@example.com if you want to buy more than 9oz worth of items, I will work with you to find the best shipping solution.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If you have any questions, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
